Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully obsessed with Funk’tional Oats. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

👉 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made a mistake.

👉 Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away at
hello@funktionaloats.com and we’ll make it right. If it’s on us, we’ll cover it.


Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

If you’re unsure about your order, reach out before opening and we’ll help however we can.

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Request a return
  2. Place a new order

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically within 10 business days

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
